  • HOW DO I START WITH CREATIVE SERVICES ?
    Please indicate this on the completed client form and I will schedule a 30 minute call to understand your needs. In 1 week you’ll receive a quote addressing your project i.e estimated timeline, cost etc. Once you've confirmed to move forward. I will send a contract to be signed, once deposit is paid we’ll begin the creative journey together.
  • HOW DO I INQUIRE ABOUT BUSINESS SERVICES ?

  • DO YOU DO JUST LOGOS?
    Creating a brand goes beyond just a logo. It is how customers will interact and experience you. Choosing to craft a brand experience helps to maintain consistency across the board and will communicate the best quality and approach for your business.
  • CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CANCEL A PROJECT ONCE IT STARTS ?
    No, refunds will be made after the first deposit is made and work has started. There will be a final confirmation prior to starting.
  • HOW DO I MAKE CONSECUTIVE PAYMENTS? i.e contract, retainer etc
    Payments can be made via the client portal
  • HOW MUCH ARE DEPOSITS?
    Upon client form completion and confirmation moving forward. We request a 50% deposit of the total amount to be made before the project begins.
  • HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
    Due to natural body oils and wear items may begin to lose their shine over time. Depending on the material you purchased a gentle soap wash/dry or polishing cloth is all that's needed to help preserve the integrity of your pieces. For brass, silver or gold filled an occasional polish with brasso or impregnated polishing clothes. Jewelry reacts with chlorine. Never take your jewelry into a pool or use with harsh chemicals. Store in cloth bag to protect from elements.

  • WHAT IS YOUR STORE'S RETURN POLICY?
    Mahri Mahal wants you to love your unique purchase. If for any reason you don't, please message Mahri Mahal directly within 5 days of delivery so that we can help solve any issues. You have 14 days to ship the product for a refund/exchange. Returns cannot be made after the 14 day grace period. Buyers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs and does not apply to International or custom orders. *Damages caused by failure to follow care instructions, accident, misuse, modification, attempted repair or normal everyday wear and tear may not be subject to repair or consideration for replacement.
